To register for a class, please complete the registration form below. A $300 seat deposit is required to secure your enrollment. Please note that class dates are subject to change. Enrollment is limited, and seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Program and Pricing
At The CNA Preparatory School, LLC, we offer a comprehensive Nurses Assistant Program designed to educate and train students for the state C.N.A. Exam. Our day course spans two weeks, including classroom theory and clinical instruction in a designated Nursing Facility. The night course, on the other hand, is a five-week program catering to students' convenience.
The program consists of 102 clock hours and is priced at $1,135, which includes both the registration and tuition fees. Please note that students are also responsible for the purchase of required course materials, including the textbook, BLS/CPR certification course, and Dementia training course. These costs ($400) are separate from tuition and registration fees. Payment for these items is due on the first day of class, must be made in cash, and is paid directly to our approved vendors. Upon graduation, students receive a diploma. Payment is accepted in cash or credit card, and tuition must be paid by the end of the first week. Financial aid is not available; however, we do have payment plans. See below for the break down in pricing.

Note: No refunds after student begins program
*Instruction/clock hour -1 clock hour = 50
Cash payments are accepted by appointment only. Please call to schedule a time to come in. A discount is available for cash transactions.
Withdrawal/Refund Policy
NO refunds will be issued if a student fails the program or withdraws from the program after the start date.

You may cancel this agreement within 5 Business Days before the class start date and receive a refund of your $300.00 deposit to secure your seat.

Students who wish to Reschedule the start of their training 5 business Days before the class start date will incur an additional registration fee of $150.00 for each rescheduled class.

Students who have not canceled the agreement 5 Business Days Before the class start date will not be entitled to any refund.

Students entitled to a refund will receive a check from the school within 30 days of cancellation.

If a student wishes to withdraw, they may contact the school, list reasons - there are no refunds once classes begin.
